Urgent notice for those attending Cotton Arms Fun Bowls Weekend. The road outside the Cotton Arms has major roadworks on and will be partially closed. The only access will be from the canal/bridge side


With the first of our 3 Holiday sites of now open, Hollingworth Lake Country Park Rakewood Littleborough 0L15 0AS, runs from 21st July-6th August at.

Lovely site right on the edge of Hollingworth Lake in the town of Littleborough RochdaleThis is a large flat field on the edge of Hollingworth Lake and Nature reserve and with playgrounds close by the site

Then let us entice you onto the beautiful island of Angelsey. Dafarn Rhos Llwigy Beach Moelfre opens at 8am on the 4th of August and stays open through to the 31st of August.

For the golf player Anglesey has a number of coarses to play on. Moelfre Lifeboat Day is 12th August a day not to be missed. We are around 500yrd off a beautiful sandy beach and on top of The Coastal Path of Anglesey.The Beach is dog friendly and throughout August on every Saturday there will be bands playing on the beach so have yourselves a beach party thats what its all about fun in the sun.

About Our Fun Bowls Weekend at Cotton Arms Pairs competition on the Saturday followed by presentations and a disco!!

American Supper Saturday night so bring a chair and your tipple and have some fun!!

The pub provide a great Sunday lunch should any of you fancy it before you leave on the Sunday ** Voted CAMRA Summer Pub of The Year 2013 - SC **

The Pub is also located next to the Llangollen Canal, a branch off the Shropshire Union Canel. The canel route itself is considered to be one of the beautiful in the British Isles.

The Cotton Arms has several facilities. The Pub itself serves Fine Ales and Beers and a superb range of quality Home Cooked food served throughout the year

The Cotton Arms is hub of activity in the local community and popular location for visitors throughout the year.
